We believe in effective safe workouts that incorporate power movements, pilates, cardio & more that will change you for life.

SWEATMIX

45 minute/ full body workout

A music based class - focussing on strength (Dumbbells) with spurts of cardio, ending with a mat portion of abs & glutes.

Recommended: medium - heavy weight for strength & light or no weights for cardio

SWEATSESSION

60 minute class/ full body workout

A music based class- focussing on Strength (Dumbbells) with spurts of cardio, ending with a full body floor mat portion

SWEAT POWER MIX

55 minute class / full body workout

A music based class- focussing on strength (Dumbbells) with spurts of cardio, ending with a mat portion of abs & glutes

Recommended: medium- heavy weight for strength & light or no weights for cardio

SWEATBOX by Candie

60 minute class/ full body workout

-a high energy light weight class with Pilates & kickboxing inspired cardio choreographed to the music; including spurts of Strength - heavy weights & ending in a full body floor mat portion

Recommended: very lights weights for cardio and medium or heavy for strength

BURN by Candie

45 or 55 minute class/ full body workout

A light weight Pilates inspired workout with a mix of slow medium/heavy combination movements choreographed to the music. Ending with a mat portion that embraces the BURN

SCULPT&TONE by Yona

45 minute / full body

A Pilates and barre-inspired class that uses bodyweight and a yoga block to strengthen, sculpt, and tone from head to toe. Expect controlled movements, deep muscle burn, minimal cardio, and a sweaty, empowering finish.

GLUTESnABS by Candie

45 minutes / full body

This class uses light weights, Pilates band, ball, and ring that hit deeper core, arm and glute muscles- mixed with lots of pulses & motivating music, you will touch muscles you didn’t know u have.

Beginners Class by Gaby

55 minutes / full body workout

A combination of controlled strength training with exciting combos & minimal cardio; ending with core and glutes mat section.

SWEATX3 by Sahar

55 minutes / full body workout

A combination of the personalized feel of a private training session with the fun and energy of a group class. Each round focuses on arms, abs, and legs/glutes, using a mix of heavy and light weights to build strength, tone muscle, and boost endurance.

Mat Pilates By Diana

60 Minutes Full Body Workout

A fun, music-driven full-body workout designed to strengthen and tone your entire body. Using light weights, a Pilates band, Pilates ball, and leg weights this class targets the smaller muscles while placing a strong focus on core strength, stability, and posture.
